A former longtime marketing reporter and editor at Adweek and Advertising Age, Richard moved to the agency side in 2004, co-founding Havas’ branded entertainment practice MPG Entertainment where he developed product placement, content creation and publicity for Reckitt Benckiser, Volvo, Danone, Ocean Spray, Volkswagen, Outback Steakhouse and other Havas clients. Later he joined Omnicom’s Fathom Communications, developing content for LG Mobile and Navistar, and more. Before Bombastic he was the Chief Proselytizer at Double E Communications leading communications for top commercial production companies and advertising agencies. Richard is co-author of The Eagle Mutiny and the author of In The Godfather Garden: The Long Life and Times of Richie the Boot Boiardo.
Lauri Aloi

Lauri began her career as a journalist for consumer and trade publications including Detour, Syracuse Herald-Journal, The Licensing Book and SHOOT magazine, then segued into talent management. She was a music producer and artists rep for some of the industry’s most acclaimed commercial directors, working on staff at top production company Hungry Man, where she was Executive Producer/Head of Sales globally for the Cannes Palme d’Or-winning company. In 2008 Lauri began working as a publicist/consultant. She’s collaborated with a variety of A-list companies such as Anonymous Content, O Positive Films, RSA Films, Trailer Park, Twentieth Century Fox, The Los Angeles Rams, The Mill, MPC and many others.
